Glow Script Shipping Policy
Glow Script provides fully insured Express Shipping for all orders to ensure your advanced light therapy technology arrives quickly and securely.
  • Complimentary Express Shipping: All orders include free Express Shipping across Australia and New Zealand. This service includes tracking and secure delivery. This service features point-to-point tracking and transit protection up to $600.
  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders can be placed at any time and will be processed for next-day dispatch. Once your order is processed, it is handed to Australia Post for rapid delivery.
  • Delivery Estimates: Most Express Post deliveries within Australia arrive in 1–2 business days. Items generally reach their destination on the next business day if posted within the Express Post network depending on your location.
  • Secure Transit & Protection: Your order is protected by Australia Post 'Extra Cover' for its full value of $600.
    • Signature Required: To maintain insurance coverage for items valued at $600, Signature on Delivery is mandatory. This service is included automatically for items valued over $500.
    • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you choose to override the signature requirement via the Australia Post app, you assume all liability for the package. Transit protection is voided if ATL is requested.
    • Arrival Damage: If your package appears damaged upon arrival, take clear photographs immediately. To process an insurance claim, you may be required to present the original packaging to an Australia Post outlet for assessment.
  • Uncollected Parcel Fee: If a parcel is returned to Glow Script because it was not collected from the post office within the carrier's timeframe or an incorrect address was provided, a $30 fee will be applied. This fee covers the return-to-sender charges levied by Australia Post and administrative processing. You may elect to have the order redelivered (subject to fee payment) or refunded, less the $30 fee.
